Types of triangles | Constructible polygons
In geometry, an equilateral triangle is a triangle in which all three sides have the same length. In the familiar Euclidean geometry, an equilateral triangle is also equiangular; that is, all three internal angles are also congruent to each other and are each 60°. It is also a regular polygon, so it is also referred to as a regular triangle. (Wikipedia).

Constructing the Circumcircle of an Equilateral Triangle
This video shows how to construct the circumcircle of an equilateral triangle. The steps are: 1. Construct an equilateral triangle (keep the compass the same length). 2. Construct the perpendicular bisector of any two sides. 3. Set the compass to the length of the circumcenter (created

Geometric Properties of an Equilateral Triangle
This lecture explores a few geometric properties of equilateral triangles, such as proving that the altitude splits an equilateral triangle into two congruent triangles. Further, the altitude, median, and angle bisector are shown to be the same. Finally, the altitude is used to derive a 30
