Vigesimal

A vigesimal (/vɪˈdʒɛsɪməl/) or base-20 (base-score) numeral system is based on twenty (in the same way in which the decimal numeral system is based on ten). Vigesimal is derived from the Latin adjective vicesimus, meaning 'twentieth'. (Wikipedia).
